The Cove townhome and Beachcomber Condo units are both in the Federal Preserve area of Melbourne Beach, Florida in a section known as the "South Beaches." You will find fully furnished units offering quiet living and solitude on the beach. Relax and enjoy yourself at the beach!

To inquire about availability, please send your e-mail with reference to property and desired dates for lease. We will respond with availability and return a rental application for completion if dates are available.
All applicants will be requested to give access to a review of a current credit report. The Association Boards are also required to give final approval as well. This process may take a couple weeks.
In addition, first and last month's rental payment plus security deposit equal to one month's rent is required up front. Tenant is responsible for all utilities when there is an annual lease. Tenant is responsible for electric on seasonal rentals.
NO PETS and NO SMOKING.
We desire tenants who wish to take care of our units and vacate the unit in as good a condition as when the lease begins.
Tenants should also respect neighbors right to quiet, peaceful living as well.
